I am currently seeing all clients virtually.

At this time, I can work with individuals, couples and other dyads who are residents of Ontario or Newfoundland & Labrador.

I offer a free 20-minute consult where we can chat about your hopes for therapy and determine if we might be a good fit. I’d be more than happy to discuss any questions you have about me, my approach, or my practice.

Please reach out to discuss the possibilities surrounding our work together.

The lands where I live and work have and continue to be cared for by many Indigenous, First Nations, Inuit and Métis people for whom these are home. Toronto is the traditional territory of the Haudenosunee, the Anishinabek, the Chippewa, the Wendat and the Mississaugas of the Credit. I also have roots and ongoing presence on the island of ktaqmukuk, which is the ancestral homelands of the Beothuk and the unceded territory of the Beothuk and the Mi'kmaq, as well as Labrador, which is the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Innu of Nitassinan, the Inuit of Nunatsiavut and the Inuit of NunatuKavut.
